Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN)
Peachtree Corners, Georgia

We’re hiring a Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) who wants leadership responsibility, career stability, and the opportunity to guide a high-performing hospice team while making a meaningful impact on patients and families.

You’ll step into an in-office clinical leadership role focused on managing interdisciplinary hospice services, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with hospice regulations. You'll have the autonomy to lead while being supported by an experienced care team.

• Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What makes you a great fit

• You are a Registered Nurse with an active Georgia RN license
  
• You have 2-3 years of recent hospice experience
  
• You have strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
  
• You have clinical management experience supervising more than 5 direct reports
  
• You are comfortable serving as an administrative resource for after-hours clinical teams
  
• You enjoy coaching and developing clinical staff
  
• You value compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 - $112,000
  
• Annual bonus eligibility
