
Hospice Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem weekdays, 128 South area:
Watertown, Newton, Dedham, Braintree, Quincy, Weymouth, Norwell
Provides consultation regarding palliative care services to patients in a community setting and works in a collaborative team practice that recognizes the patient as the central focus. Performs physical assessments and communicates with patients facing serious complex illnesses.
Rate: $75.00 per hour
