Providence at Home is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence at Home is hiring for a Hospice Massage Therapist for PRN in Homer Glen, IL. The visit rate is $60/visit, with an hourly rate of $27.00-$29.00/hour for meetings and training Milage Reimbursement is included.

of essential job functions:

• Work in 3 - 4 hour time blocks, flexible schedules based on availability.
• Provides gentle massage, Comfort Touch, Reiki or other gentle forms of body work.
• Serves as an integral member of the hospice interdisciplinary team in various settings including the home, in-patient units, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Assist team and provides input to the plan of care as appropriate.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule Available: Weekdays, Evenings or Weekends.

Requirements

• Current Licensure as a Massage Therapist by the state of Illinois.
• Graduation from an accredited school of massage therapy.
