
We are looking for a great Hospice Licensed Social Worker to join our team!
Canton/Needham territory, 24 hours per week
Compensation based on experience: Bi-weekly $1,728.00 - $1,776.00
Provides counseling and casework services to patients/families that focuses on the management of the psychosocial status of the patient/family that are experiencing terminal illness. Counseling is rendered within the context of the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families during the last phase of life including grief recovery process.
Education: Master’s Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hospice or PC; or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hospice or PC.
Licensure Required: Licensed LCSW or LICSW to practice in Massachusetts.
Experience Preferred: Minimum of one year experience in a health care setting
