Hospice Liaison
Warwick, RI

We're hiring a Hospice Liaison who wants a strong base salary, performance-based earning potential, and the opportunity to build meaningful healthcare relationships while helping more patients and families access hospice services.

You'll step into a field-based healthcare sales and business development role focused on developing referral relationships, increasing hospice admissions, and serving as a trusted liaison between healthcare providers, community partners, prospective families, and the hospice team. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while building a strong referral network throughout the community.

What makes you a great fit
• You have experience working within healthcare
• Experience in hospice, home health, long-term care, acute care, or a related setting is welcome
• Sales and marketing experience is preferred
• Hospice or home health sales experience is highly desirable
• You're comfortable developing new referral sources and conducting external sales calls
• You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• You're organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable independently managing a territory

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $85,000 annually
• Monthly referral bonus: Up to $3,000
• Potential annual cash compensation: Up to $121,000
