The organization has an established clinical infrastructure in place and is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in growth environments and wants to help build market presence from the ground up.

The Hospice Liaison will be responsible for developing referral relationships and driving census growth throughout the North Austin market. This individual will work closely with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources to establish the organization's presence and generate new admissions.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys building territory, creating new partnerships, and making a direct impact on organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan throughout North Austin and surrounding communities
• Build and maintain relationships with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, physician practices, and other referral partners
• Generate qualified hospice referrals and admissions
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and community outreach activities
• Educate referral sources on hospice services and value propositions
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service and patient experience
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and referral pipeline
• Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings
• Consistently meet and exceed census and admission goals
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience required
• Hospice, home health, post-acute care, or senior living sales experience strongly preferred
• Established referral relationships throughout the North Austin market preferred
• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-starter with a high level of accountability and initiative
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
