Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Hospice Liaison for a growing hospice organization serving the Port Orange and Volusia County market.

The Hospice Liaison will be responsible for developing referral relationships and driving census growth throughout the Port Orange and Volusia County market. This individual will work closely with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources to establish the organization's presence and generate new admissions.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys building territory, creating new partnerships, and making a direct impact on organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan throughout Port Orange, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding communities

• Build and maintain relationships with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician practices, and other referral partners

• Generate qualified hospice referrals and admissions

• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and community outreach activities

• Educate referral sources on hospice services, palliative care services, and specialty dementia care programs

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service and patient experience

• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and referral pipeline

• Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings

• Consistently meet and exceed census and admission goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience required

• Hospice, home health, post-acute care, physician services, wound care, or senior living sales experience strongly preferred

• Established referral relationships throughout the Volusia County market preferred

• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Strong relationship-building and business development skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Self-starter with a high level of accountability and initiative

• Comfortable working independently in a developing market

• Ability to work effectively in a highly field-based sales environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
