
Hospice CNA or HHA, M-F, 8:00AM-4:30PM, In-home Care, $2,500 sign-on bonus
Compensation $23.00 per hour, plus mileage and benefits!

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA to provide personalized care to patients in their homes during their end-of-life journey. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support to ensure the comfort and dignity of patients.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Massachusetts CNA or HHA is required.
- Driver's license and a vehicle is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with personal care activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and family caregivers.
- Document care provided and patient progress accurately and timely.
