Job Location: Grand Rapids Hospice - Grand Rapids, MI 49504Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
No nights. No Weekends. Tuition Reimbursement for LPN/RN Path.
We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time Hospice CNA to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care and support to hospice patients in their homes and care facilities while helping maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Schedule, Hours & Territory
• Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Kent County, MI

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and comfort measures
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Support patients and families with compassion and respect
• Document care provided accurately and timely in the EMR HCHB (Homecare Homebase)

Qualifications • Active CNA certification
• Hospice aide experience preferred
• Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred
Field Role Requirements
• Active driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
• Current CPR certification as required for the role
