Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Hospice Assistant (CNA) for our developing Hospice team in Omaha, NE. This position is full-time.

Pay: $17.50-$21.21 per hour based upon experience. May qualify for an increase for additional certifications or education.

What are my responsibilities?

• Complete and record all cares performed on the written care plan.

• Effectively listen and communicate using verbal, non-verbal, and written skills in a professional, supportive and timely manner with patients and families.

• Communicate any changes with the patient in regards to their schedule, care, family or patient concerns, patient needs or questions.

What do I need to be considered?

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).

• Must be certified as a CNA in the state of Nebraska.

• At least two years’ experience providing personal care services.

• At least one year experience in Home Care or Hospice preferred.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable means of transportation and carry current automobile insurance.
