
Hospice Clinical Recruiter (Remote)
We are excited to partner with a leading multi-state hospice organization to recruit an experienced Executive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top hospice and healthcare talent across multiple states. The ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background with proven sales experience, including pipeline development and relationship management.
We are seeking a self-motivated, disciplined, and organized professional who thrives in a remote environment. The ideal candidate has a professional and polished communication style, is excited to manage full-cycle recruiting, and is hands-on with candidate sourcing. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven role.
This is a long-term career opportunity. Candidates may begin in a contract capacity with the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 position within a few months. We are looking for dedicated, high-caliber professionals who are seeking a lasting career—not a short-term assignment.
