This position serves patients in Fauquier and surrounding areas within our service region. To ensure timely and effective coverage, only candidates who reside in or near Fauquier County will be considered.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients. Key duties include:
Personal Care: Assisting with hygiene, toileting, mobility, medication, and meal preparation. Health Monitoring: Measuring and recording fluid intake/output, and reporting changes to the nurse supervisor.
Documentation: Maintaining electronic medical records (EMR) and documenting services provided.
Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping duties in the patient area.
Patient Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment while following infection control principles.
Emergency Procedures: Recognizing and responding to emergencies.
Professional Development: Maintaining competency and registration.
