About the Role

Do you have a natural eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Member. Embark on a journey where your love for gardening meets your knack for organising.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a permanent site - 5 days a week
  • Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
  • Uphold Green By Nature’s reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst staff of the facility

About You

  • Certificate III in Parks & Gardens
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
