What you’ll be doing:
Horticultural Therapy promotes health and well-being using gardening and horticulture related activities. The Horticultural Therapist uses evidence based practices and therapeutic competencies to support patients’ needs and strengths in the practice of gardening and nature based therapy programming. Horticultural Therapists works within the scope of their practice as defined by the organization and are expected to be members of the Canadian Horticultural Therapy Association through which they hold their professional registration status to practice in Canada.
