We are seeking an experienced Hootsuite Implementation Manager to own the client relationship and oversee delivery of new client implementations. This role combines client-facing consultancy, project management, and quality oversight, working closely with Implementation Specialists who deliver the hands-on configuration.
You will be responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered on time, to scope, and with a high-quality client experience.
