Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van het interne transport van citernes en duotanks van de wachtplaats naar de CIP en vice versa. Het reinigen van citernes, duotanks, hulp- en wisselstukken alsook het bewaken van de werking (dmv preventief
onderhoud). De zuiverheid en veiligheid van de installatie en het vervullen van bijhorende administratieve en logistieke taken teneinde de goede kwaliteit van het bier, de citernes en de duotanks tijdens het transport waarborgen.
