Are you organized, customer-focused, and great at multitasking? Priority Honda Hampton is looking for a Service BDC Administrator to help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting one of the area’s busiest service departments. Located on Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, Priority Honda Hampton is part of the growing Lithia & Driveway family, one of the largest automotive retailers in North America.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming service calls, emails, and text inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and recommended maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
  • Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and service retention efforts
  • Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus

Experience:Previous BDC, customer service, or dealership experience preferred but not required.
