What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and provide a world-class service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate them to technicians
Recommend services and maintenance based on vehicle needs
Provide estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the repair process
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
Ensure a smooth and efficient service lane operation
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Sales-minded with a focus on delivering value to customers
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
