All Roads Honda in Dundalk, MD is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant committed to providing an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with strong opportunities for growth. Compensation & Schedule
• $50,000–$100,000+ per year (commission-based)
• Full-time with flexible scheduling, 40 hour work week (off Sunday and one day during the week) Benefits

• Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and packages
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
• Follow up with prospects and customers; manage leads through CRM
• Prepare quotes, run credit applications, and complete deal paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles and review features, warranty details, and final documents Requirements
• High energy with strong communication and customer-service skills
• 21+, valid driver’s license, and insurable by our carrier
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-time Monday - Saturday. One day off during the week and Sunday as well. Work Authorization / Security Clearance
