Location: Vista, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $144,000 - $192,000

Honda Vista is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing, growth-oriented dealership. We’re looking for a driven, ethical, and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to elevate their career within a dynamic team. Core Responsibilities

• Maintain full understanding of California contractual law and DMV requirements

• Present and sell back-end products (Service Contracts, GAP, Tire & Wheel, Paint/Fabric Protection, Key Replacement, Windshield Protection, etc.) through structured menu presentations

• Ensure all transactions are compliant and fully documented for lenders, customers, DMV, and dealership funding requirements

• Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) daily and follow up with customers and lending institutions to ensure timely funding

• Navigate sub-prime lending programs and accurately collect all required stipulations

• Assist Desk Managers with deal structuring, pre-qualification, and closing

• Support daily training and development of Sales Consultants

• Verify insurance coverage on all transactions

• Maintain a PVR of $2,200+

What You’ll Need

• Proven Automotive Finance experience

• Strong integrity and commitment to compliance

• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

• Track record of strong CSI and product penetration

• Sub-prime lending experience preferred

• Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
