Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
Develop and maintain a warm and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of comfort and well-being
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
