Homelift Sales Support Technician Jobs UK Wide at Stannah - Join Our Team!

Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Homelift Sales Support Technician to join the Pre-Sales Support Team based in the UK, supporting our Global Market.

This role plays a vital part in enabling sales success across our homelift business by providing real-time technical support, feasibility assessments, CAD design expertise, and technical guidance. You will act as a key link between sales, survey, design, and installation teams, ensuring opportunities are progressed quickly, confidently, and with full technical assurance.

As the Homelift Sales Support Technician, you will work 37 hours a week Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1715 Friday 0900 to 1645. This is a permanent contract.

This role will require frequent travel to our Andover Headquaters, across the UK and globally.

This is a great opportunity for a technically minded professional with technical surveying experience and a strong understanding of residential construction who enjoys solving complex challenges and supporting commercial success.

To be successful as the Homelift Sales Support Technician it is essential that you have previous experience in CAD design and technical project support within construction, engineering, or a related industry. Experience with UK Building Regulations, residential construction, or lift solutions would be desirable.

Homelift Sales Support Technician Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, real-time technical support to sales consultants during customer visits.
  • Flexible in travel nationally and globally
  • Assess installation feasibility and identify practical solutions for complex opportunities.
  • Produce accurate CAD drawings and technical designs to support sales and installation teams.
  • Provide guidance on UK Building Regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver technical training, support distributors, and assist with onboarding new partners worldwide.

Qualifications

Homelift Sales Support Technician Requirements:

  • Strong experience using CAD software.
  • Solid understanding of residential construction and structural considerations and building regulations across the UK and globally
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support sales teams, customers, and partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop solutions for complex or non-standard installations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, survey, installation, and international teams.
  • Qualification in construction or architecture is desirable
  • Proven experience in technical surveys
