Job Description

Hours: 7:30am-4pm, M-F

Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Manages inventory of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating their procurement and delivery to NCH Homecare patients. Essential Functions:

  • Maintains the inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders and purchasing products as needed.
  • Assists with the accurate fulfillment and delivery of ordered products and supplies to patient homes.
  • Maintains accurate records of equipment orders, costs, usage, and delivery.
  • Assists with the education of patients and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Performs excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues, and assists with the completion of needed administrative tasks.
  • Participates in quality and performance improvement activities.


Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.


Licensure Requirement:

Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
