GOAT Handyman is Hiring a Home Services Craftsman!

Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends required)
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour + Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time

GOAT Handyman is seeking an experienced and dependable Home Services Craftsman to join our growing team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role is perfect for skilled trades professionals who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Craftsman, you'll handle a wide variety of residential and commercial handyman projects, from general repairs and maintenance to installations and home improvement tasks. At GOAT Handyman, we handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best—your craft.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of handyman services, repairs, and maintenance projects
• Install and mount televisions, fixtures, shelving, and other household items
• Complete general carpentry, drywall, painting, and repair tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, vendors, and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Manage daily work assignments independently

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, van, or SUV)
• Ownership of basic tools required for handyman and repair work
• Ability to climb ladders safely
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds without assistance
• Must live within 15 miles of Eden Prairie, MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• Commitment to delivering outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Professional trade licenses
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience managing maintenance teams or trade professionals
