The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is one of the largest, most complex agencies in the state, and has approximately 17,000 employees. The Home Manager is responsible for designing programs within the home inclusive of writing objective plans, monitoring program implementation, providing hands-on programming, and training staff within the home. This position is responsible for the supervision of all Residential Services staff assigned to the home. Responsibilities include overall management program coordination and supervision of a certified ICF-MR home including assigned shift personnel. Serves as team leader/Home Manager for assigned individuals. Ensure that the individuals served are provided a comprehensive array of training, services, and supports that enables them to achieve maximum independence in self-care, activities of daily living, including gaining and maintaining significant relationships, self-management and ensuring the protection of their rights.
Salary Range: $41,206.00 - $72,113.00

Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience providing professional or direct services (either paid or volunteer) in a setting that serves individuals with disabilities.
