In this Home Lending Executive - Mobile role, you'll support customers through some of their most important financial decisions while leveraging your experience to deliver tailored, high-quality lending outcomes. You'll work across purchasing, refinancing and more complex lending scenarios, guiding customers with confidence and expertise.
With a strong focus on business development, you'll actively build your lending pipeline by developing trusted relationships within the community, strengthening internal referral partnerships and growing your external network. You'll meet customers where it suits them best - whether at home, in the workplace, at a local café or virtually - delivering a flexible and convenient home lending experience.
Working closely with branch teams and specialist partners, you'll take ownership of your lending pipeline and manage applications end-to-end, playing a key role in driving both customer outcomes and lending growth.

What you'll be doing
Building and converting your lending pipeline through proactive business development and referral networks
Growing your presence in the local community and identifying new business opportunities
Meeting customers at a time and place that suits them, delivering a flexible and seamless lending experience
Leading high-quality lending conversations, including more complex lending scenarios
Managing lending applications end-to-end with strong ownership and pace
Developing and maintaining referral relationships both internally and externally
Partnering closely with branch colleagues and specialist teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
Ensuring all applications meet credit policy, regulatory and responsible lending requirements
Leading by example and contributing to a high-performing team culture
What we're looking for
Established home lending experience with a consistent track record of results
Proven ability to build and convert a self-generated lending pipeline
Confidence managing more complex lending scenarios end-to-end
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
Deep understanding of credit, policy and responsible lending obligations
Ability to work at pace, manage multiple applications and prioritise effectively
Strong relationship-building skills across customers, referral partners and internal networks
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to positively influence performance and culture
