<strong>Blue Parasol is an established Licensed Home Health Care Agency --- NEEDS IMMEDIATE PER DIEM --- CLINICAL FIELD NURSE to provide clinical skills nursing visit in Infusion Therapy. <br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>Administer a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ home.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monitor compliance of documentation, clinical summaries, medication changes and plan of treatment.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Communicate with Infusion Company any changes in patient health status to maintain safety and quality care of patients.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Establish and maintain a good rapport with all patients, families, and infusion therapy company.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Maintain contact and clinically monitor patients, providing direct infusion therapy services.</strong></li>
<li><strong>AVAILABLE TO WORK</strong></li>
<li><strong>Available to work on-call on weekends and holidays when needed.</strong></li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>Must Provide NYS License Number on Resume.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum two (2) years nursing experience with a minimum of one (1) year infusion/IV experience. Oncology, Hematology, Critical Care Areas preferred (ICU, ER, Burn, C/V etc.) and Home Care.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Active CPR certification</strong></li>
<li><strong>Professional Insurance Coverage</strong></li>
<li><strong>Personal Access to transportation for business travel: Verifiable NYS Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance Policy.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Physical exam with DOH required lab work and Influenza Vaccination or Declination. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Solid Knowledge of PICCs, port-a catheters, PIVs, and other Cardio Vascular Access devices (CVAD)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Independent ability to safely and expertly administer Immunoglobulin Therapy (IG), Chemotherapy and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) etc. </strong></li>
