<strong>We are looking for a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse to add to our team <br></strong><br>
</div><div><br></div><ul><li><strong> Full time Infusion Nurse: Flexible Days/Evenings- Brooklyn </strong></li></ul><div>
<strong>Requirements Include:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>Current NYS RN license in good standing. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum two (2) years nursing experience with a minimum of one (1) year infusion/IV experience. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of PICCs, port-a caths, PIVs, and other Cardio Vascular Access devices (CVAD) Ability to safely and expertly administer Immunoglobulin Therapy (IG), Chemotherapy and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) etc.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Active CPR certification</strong></li>
<li><strong>Professional Insurance Coverage</strong></li>
<li><strong>Personal Vehicle: Verifiable NYS Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance Policy.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Physical exam with DOH required lab work and Influenza Vaccination or Declination. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to safely and expertly administer Immunoglobulin Therapy (IG), Chemotherapy and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) et.</strong></li>
