We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer biologic infusions, including Vyepti (eptinezumab), for stable outpatient patients in the Gail, Texas area (79738).
This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in a home setting. Nurses work independently while supported by a clinical coordination team and specialty pharmacy partner.
Administer biologic infusions, including Vyepti, per provider orders and established protocols
Conduct pre-, during-, and post-infusion patient assessments
Monitor for infusion reactions and manage appropriately
Initiate and maintain IV access, including peripheral IVs, PICCs, and ports
Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medications, and post-infusion care
Accurately document all clinical care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Communicate with nursing coordination and pharmacy teams to ensure safe, timely care delivery
Required
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or Compact State
Minimum 1 year of recent IV infusion or acute care nursing experience
Strong IV skills and familiarity with infusion pumps
Current BLS certification
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Preferred
Prior experience with biologic infusions (Vyepti, monoclonal antibodies, specialty meds)
Home infusion or outpatient infusion experience
CRNI® certification or infusion-related specialty credential
Competitive hourly pay: $40–$45/hour
