About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Home and Mobile Home Improvement Center as a Home Improvement Residential and Mobile Homes Installer! This exciting role offers the opportunity to enhance the living spaces of our clients in Florence, SC, while working with a passionate team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and mobile home structures, including roofing, siding, and flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored home improvement solutions.
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
  • Communicate progress and any challenges to project managers and clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in home improvement or construction, particularly with mobile homes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
  • Must agree to drug, alcohol, and background checks.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
