The Hoxton lobbies have always been home to laptop savvy workers making use of super-fast Wi-Fi and comfy sofas as they hustle away in a place that feels like home. So it felt only natural for us to take our love for great experiences and create a coworking space, Working From_, that offers everything you need to do your (other) day job or take over the world, in our stylish and comfortable surroundings.

We are looking for a Home Host to play a crucial role in the success of our operation! If you get a kick out of creating an unforgettable experience for members then this is the job for you.

• You’ll be the go-to for our members, and you have your own way of helping them with what they need, making them welcome and at ease
• Ensure our space is set to impress from first light, to close of play, with everything in--between
• Keep on top of our membership profile systems, meeting rooms and meeting room calendar
• Work closely with the rest of the Working From_ team, providing a great experience for members, from first contact to when they become part of our family and beyond
• Manage mail and packages for our members with tip top organization
• Place and track all supply ordering, from our pantry snacks, to coffee, to office supplies, to make sure our Members have everything they need
• Manage & direct any calls or emails that come our way, ensuring that everything gets to where it needs to be
• Show off the space to any of our day pass guests & meeting room teams

Qualifications

• You are scarily organized
• You are the person that knows everyone and they all know you
• Nothing is an issue for you - you know what our members want even before they do
• Someone who’s great at growing and nurturing relationships; people are naturally drawn to working with you
• You understand hospitality, it’s in everything you do
• You pay attention to the details and care about creating great work
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for others
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done
• You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
