PPCCC also provides comprehensive sexuality education programs to help adults and teens make healthy decisions, prevent unintended pregnancies, and avoid sexually transmitted infection.
The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager is responsible for initial and on-going assessments of Planned Parenthood California Central Coast Home Health (PPCCCHH) patients assigned to their care, as well as associated administrative responsibilities. In accordance with standards of practice the RN collaborates with the patient and the Home Health Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with the Home Health Manager provides feedback on non-licensed staff regarding competency and personnel issues. Provide direct supervision and assistance with scheduling, task delegation and coverage planning. Deliver hands-on coaching and on-the-job training to improve performance and offer constructive feedback, document employee progress toward performance goals. Handles direct supervision of all clinical staff in the absence of the Home Health Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a valid California driver's license and a dependable insured automobile
Ability to travel within the PPCCCHH designated geographic area (Thousand Oaks to San Luis Obispo)

Planned Parenthood California Central Coast’s (PPCCC’s) compensation philosophy supports the organization’s mission,vision, and values. Each position has a salary based on market value and the organization’s pay levels. The starting salary for this position is $ 48.24/hour with the opportunity for advancement.As part of our commitment to pay equity, PPCCC does not negotiate salaries.
Pay Differential: $1.00/hour bilingual Spanish/English differential pay is offered upon passing the language assessment test.
