Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the revenue cycle team, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions.
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing and documentation issues.
• Provide training and support to revenue cycle staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns related to billing and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers a salary range of $74,000–$86,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
