Job Category: Health CareBethany of the Northwest, a storied 120-year-old institution in the Snohomish County area is looking for an Physical Therapist to work on a PRN basis for our Home Health team.  This position works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide physical therapy to the patients of Bethany’s Home Health operation.

Salary Range:
$50 - $60/hour
The Physical Therapist’s duties include:
- Conducting assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength
- Utilize trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques as needed
- Work with patients in their homes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

QualificationsLicensure/Certification:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Certification in Physical Therapy
- Current Washington state license
Preferred

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Home Health experience with Adult population
