Your Role:

• Deliver skilled PTA services in patients’ homes under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Carry out customized treatment plans
• Educate patients & caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety
• Collaborate with a supportive care team to achieve positive patient outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• Florida PTA license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Home health experience is a plus
