What You'll Do


  • Deliver therapeutic interventions established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

  • Assist patients with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, and mobility exercises.

  • Reinforce home exercise programs and educate caregivers.

  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.

  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

  • Complete accurate, timely documentation.


What We're Looking For


  • Active Minnesota
    Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

    license.

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Home health experience is helpful but not required.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
