Brookestone Home Health & Hospice -- Kearney, a proud member of the Vetter Senior Living family, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We provide personalized home health and hospice services designed to help patients improve mobility, regain function, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one patient care. Working closely with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote safety, independence, and quality of life.

Service Area

We are currently seeking coverage in:

• Dawson County
• Gosper County
• Furnas County
• Phelps County

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Current Physical Therapist licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A positive, caring, and professional attitude
• A passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care
• High personal integrity and commitment to service excellence
