This full-time position supports patients in Skokie, Evanstonand surrounding areas and is eligible for$20,000total bonus potential, including a$10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional$10,000sign-on bonuspaid within the first18 monthsof employment!To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing&meetperformance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required

• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

• Minimum of one year healthcare experience

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
