Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) — Pediatric 1:1 (Broward / Fort Lauderdale)

$25–$40/hr | Days or Nights | 8–12 hr shifts | Paid Orientation Family First Homecare is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric home health in Broward County / Fort Lauderdale If you want consistent hours, supportive clinical backup, and meaningful work with kids—apply today.

Pay + Schedule

• $25–$40/hr(based on license, experience, and case acuity)
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Days and nights available
• 1:1 care in the home (no facility ratios)

• G-tube / enteral feeds
• Trach care(vent experience a plus, not required for every case)

• Medication administration, assessments, documentation

Requirements

• Active RN or LPNlicense (Florida)
• 1+ yearnursing experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS
• Able to pass background + onboarding requirements

KEY COMPETENCIES

• The ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

WORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE

• Work is performed in the patients home - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Training may be performed in an office setting.

• Must be able to lift up to thirty five pounds (35) pounds without an assisted lifting device.

• Frequent use of office machines to include telephone, computer, and printer

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Family First Homecare have a corresponding compensation plan which may include a bonus at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

KEY DETAILS:

** This role requires travel to patients' homes to deliver care. The work schedule may include varying shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours) and may require availability on any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday.
