Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Adult Home Care

We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help care for our patient in L'Anse MI ! Current availability for both AM & PM Shifts! This is your chance to make a difference in someone's life while having a great work-life balance!

As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
  
  

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
