Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Location: Saginaw, MI

Patient: 1-Year-Old Female

Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Needed (12-Hour Shifts)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Sat)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Sat)

About the Case

We are looking for a dedicated nursing professional to provide critical 1-on-1 care for a one-year-old baby girl in Saginaw. This is a complex cardiac and respiratory case involving Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and Bronchomalacia The home is a pet-free, busy household with three older siblings.

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license.

• A positive, engaging personality—someone who enjoys talking and socializing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
  
  

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
