Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Maintain and Manage Pre Ortho Program data set
  • Maintain and monitor Recertification process within Preferred Provider team
  • Assist with orders follow up
  • Communicate with patients regarding Pre Ortho Program
  • Welcome Calls/Follow Up calls to patients active and pending
  • Assist Sales team with referral hand off
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, Home Care Home Base software
  • Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, preferred
