What You’ll Do

Operations & Performance

  • Direct day-to-day branch operations

  • Oversee patient care programs and clinical outcomes

  • Manage branch financial performance and productivity

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs

  • Implement agency growth and strategic initiatives

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and payer regulations

  • Maintain compliance with state licensure and Conditions of Participation

  • Monitor documentation accuracy, timeliness, and completeness

  • Identify reimbursement or coverage issues and implement corrective actions

  • Promote patient rights and quality care standards

Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff

  • Conduct performance evaluations and staff development planning

  • Support a positive culture focused on patient care and accountability

  • Review and approve payroll, visit productivity, and mileage documentation

  • Collaborate with regional leadership on performance improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field (required)

  • Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs (will go into the field as needed)

  • Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required)

  • 2+ years of home health experience (preferred)

  • Current state licensure as required

  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation

  • Strong financial and operational management skills

  • Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce/payroll systems

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills
