Direct day-to-day branch operations
Oversee patient care programs and clinical outcomes
Manage branch financial performance and productivity
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs
Implement agency growth and strategic initiatives
Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and payer regulations
Maintain compliance with state licensure and Conditions of Participation
Monitor documentation accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
Identify reimbursement or coverage issues and implement corrective actions
Promote patient rights and quality care standards
Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff
Conduct performance evaluations and staff development planning
Support a positive culture focused on patient care and accountability
Review and approve payroll, visit productivity, and mileage documentation
Collaborate with regional leadership on performance improvement initiatives
Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field (required)
Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs (will go into the field as needed)
Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required)
2+ years of home health experience (preferred)
Current state licensure as required
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation
Strong financial and operational management skills
Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce/payroll systems
Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills
