Home Health Aide (HHA) – Private Duty Cases

Ewing, NJ 08618 (and surrounding Mercer County areas: Trenton, Lawrenceville, Hamilton, Princeton)

$19/hour (Competitive starting rate)

Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for immediate private duty cases in Ewing and surrounding Mercer County areas. This position offers consistent one-on-one assignments, flexible scheduling, and steady weekly income opportunities.

Shifts Available

Full-time and part-time cases available with day, evening, and night shift options depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being
Provide transportation assistance for clients when required as part of the care plan, using the client’s vehicle.

Requirements

Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
One year of experience preferred (newly certified HHAs encouraged to apply)
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to safely operate a vehicle when using the client’s transportation
Current physical exam
PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray as required
