Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Weekend Shifts

$19.65/Hour | Weekly Pay | Immediate Weekend Openings

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team for weekend shifts We have immediate openings for weekend assignments in Jericho and throughout Nassau County.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Provide medication reminders as directed

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification (required)

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience (private care experience accepted)

• Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

Required Health Documentation

• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years

• MMR immunization documentation
