Home Health Aide (HHA) Available Shifts
Part-Time: Days
Casual: Days
Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities
Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise
Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN
Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly
Perform light housekeeping tasks

QualificationsHome Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications
At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75‑hour Nursing Assistant course
Must be at least 18 years of age
