Caregiver / Home Health Aide — Gettysburg PA

Starting Pay: $11–$13 Per Hour | Flexible Scheduling | Training Provided

Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. We provide caregiver training, onboarding guidance, and support from our office team.

What You’ll Do

Follow each client’s care plan and assist with tasks such as:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Companionship, conversation, and medication reminders.
• Reporting changes in the client’s condition or needs.
• Documenting completed care tasks and clocking in and out through our electronic visit verification system.

• Dependability and clear communication.
• The ability to perform assigned duties safely with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits.
• The ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Pay and Scheduling

Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer. Available hours and assignments depend on your availability and current client needs.
