Home Health Aide (HHA) – Certified & Non-Certified Weekend On-Call Opportunity | Mileage Reimbursement | Flexible Scheduling

Our Home Health team in Central Ohio is looking for dedicated Home Health Aides interested in weekend on-call opportunities while continuing to deliver exceptional care to the seniors we serve.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you will:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Complete required documentation
• Promote a safe and comfortable home environment

Weekend On-Call Responsibilities

During assigned weekend on-call rotations (Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM), you will:

• Pick up the on-call phone and support materials before the start of your coverage period
• Contact scheduled caregivers to confirm weekend assignments and readiness for visits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours staffing needs
• Respond to caregiver call-offs and coordinate replacement coverage
• Utilize available staffing resources to fill open visits and maintain continuity of care
• Partner with the Manager on Duty for support, guidance, and escalation of urgent concerns
• Remain accessible throughout the on-call period, including evenings and overnight hours
• Return all on-call equipment and materials to the office at the conclusion of your assigned rotation
• Provide direct client coverage when necessary to ensure services are not interrupted

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Availability to remain accessible throughout assigned weekend on-call hours
• High school diploma or GED
