Right at Home Des Moines is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide companion and personal cares to our clients living in the Des Moines Metro Area. Compensation and Benefits for a Home Health Aide:

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proof of Car Insurance
  • Pass Background Check
  • Ability to be reliable and dependable
  • Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:
  • Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
  • Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
  • Provide delegated nursing tasks
  • Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
  • Provide transportation as needed

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
