Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem

$19.65/Hour | Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team. We have immediate per diem opportunities available in East Northport and throughout Suffolk County.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required
• Minimum of one year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred

Required Health Documentation

• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
• MMR immunization documentation within the last 10 years
